Coaching is listening to your story and situation. By using your experience I am trained to relay the information back in an organized, confirming way to therefore provide clarity and move forward.

In my 1:1 sessions you will do the most talking. You know yourself the best and you have the most answers. My role will be to identify common patterns, missing elements, and ask questions resulting in your own navigation to the path that feels right.

The #1 most common theme is self-identity. How we identify ourselves vs how we want to identify holds the answers to most questions. My custom frameworks in self-identity provide the clarity to best align with who you are and who you want to be.

My coaching and training is under the mental health umbrella. The more authenticity you bring, the more of an impact we can make. This may lead to unexpected emotions to which I am equipped to guide you through organizing these emotions in effective and sustainable ways.

Everyone begins with a free 30 minute consultation. If we confirm we are a fit, you can choose from an hourly program, a custom 8 week program, or an unlimited package.
